               Service and Repairs:

• All invoices are to be settled in full  before machines are returned. 
• Hughes Garden Machinery will not be held responsible for any coincidental damage with machines whilst at our premises 
• All written quotations are valid for 30 days from quote date 
• Any job  that is terminated whilst at Hughes Garden Machinery will still incur charges if work/inspection has been carried out, or if parts have been ordered
• Time scales are only a guidance, this depends on parts avaliabilty
• Equipment not collected and/or invoice not paid in full within 30 days from the invoice date will be subject to storage charges at £3 a day and after 60 days a written letter of disposal shall be issued, with fees still to be paid.
• All parts are owned by Hughes Garden Machinery until invoice is settled 

                New and Used Machinery:

• All new and used machinery when purchased through Hughes Garden Machinery will incur a 20% deposit payable upon ordering and the balance to paid when invoice issued
• No machines will be delivered or collected without full payment 
• Cancellations will incur a charge once machines have been ordered from suppliers
• All new machines will come with the manafacteurs warranty only, aslong as the machne has been used in accordance with the manafactuers terms
• Used machinery does not come with warranty

              General 

• We reserve the rights to change these terms and conditions at any point 
• All private details are kept on file for the use of Hughes Garden Machinery only
